Yet light can never be diminished by ‘switching’ on the dark.
So which is the most powerful of the two?

The very next time you feel in a dark place in your life, or in your head – go to where the light shines the strongest. Metaphorically and literally…
Breathe, walk, be in the light.
Everything looks better.
Everything feels better in the light.
Surround yourself with people who shine their light on you.
Soak it up, you know you will return the favour when the roles are reversed.
Most importantly, distance yourself from those people who steal too much of your light, or worse, those who love to put your light out completely.
Watch light things, listen to light things, think light thoughts.
It’s just science after all.
If you want the light to come into your life, you have to stand where it is shining the strongest.
And those cracks of yours – those broken parts of you – they will only serve to let even more light in, to where you need it most.
