STOP TRYING TO SQUEEZE YOUR SPARKLY SELF INTO A BEIGE COLOURED BOX.

STOP TRYING TO CHANGE YOURSELF FOR A WORLD THAT’S ALWAYS MOVING

Don’t do what I did…

Don’t beat the quirks out of yourself.

Don’t iron out your ‘flaws’.

Don’t spend precious time trying to square off your curved edges until the shape of who you are is no longer yours, but far more standard and ‘normal’.

Because what is considered ‘normal’ today will be yesterday’s trend pretty soon – and where will that leave you?

Back at the start, trying to add curved edges where yours used to be, trying to remember what your ‘flaws’ once were. Trying to change to fit in – again.

The world we live in is constantly moving and what is considered acceptable one year can be completely intolerable the next. Likewise, fashions change, standards of beauty change, public appetite changes.

Do not let society dictate what you must say, what you must feel, how you must act and definitely not, how you should look – and certainly never, EVER, let another person try to change you either.

Save yourself a lifetime of stress, time wasted trying to squeeze your sparkly self into a beige coloured box.

Just be you, be unequivocally who you are.

Like what you LIKE.

Wear what you LIKE.

Think what you LIKE.

Stay in YOUR magic.

Let the world see it, let it see it all.

STOP TRYING TO squeeze your sparkly self into a beige coloured box/ stop trying to CHANGE YOURSELF FOR A WORLD THAT’S ALWAYS MOVING
