What would go through your mind?
▪️The number on your scales this morning?
▪️How pretty you are?
▪️The friend who borrowed some money and hasn’t given it back?
▪️The bullies who made your life misery at school?
▪️Maybe the guy who cut you off on the road earlier today?
▪️The size of your house and the badge on your car?
I am going to go ahead and guess that it would be none of the above…
So what would it be?
▫️The people you love?
▫️The people you miss and really should have picked up the phone to call once in a while?
▫️The things you kept putting off until tomorrow?
▫️The happy times you have had and how amazing your life has been?
▫️The faces of everyone you hold dear?
▫️The amazing experiences you allowed yourself to have whilst you were blessed with life?
According to the word of those caught up in near-death experiences, it is far more likely to be all of the above, and more, loving or regretful thoughts.
If I could urge you to do one thing each day…
it would be to make it more love, less regret.
Every day that we are alive is a day worth living to the full.
