LUCK HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT
When we say ‘Good Luck’, what we really should be saying is ‘I hope you remember to stay focused, stay positive and don’t forget that the power is with you.’
Because at the end of the day, it is.
Yes circumstances matter, and sometimes we cannot control an outcome – but we can totally control how we feel about it and how we turn that round.
Those people who feel their luck is bad, are creating a large part of those outcomes, with that belief and thought process alone.
Like begets like.
Dislike begets dislike.
Misfortune begets misfortune…
And so on.
Now, the obvious response from anyone doubting this theory is ‘Of course bad luck exists, what about people who get cancer and are involved in awful accidents, that is not their fault surely?’
Of course not.
I believe if we laid it all out on a table, we all get the same amount of misfortune over a lifetime. It may not appear fairly spread, but in the end, it is. It is how we deal with those misfortunes that determines how wonderful the rest of the time will be and how the highs will then appear to over-shadow the lows.
It is perception.
So maybe stop saying ‘good luck’ and start saying ‘you got this.’
Because whatever happens, you really have.
