WHY COMPLICATE LIFE

WHY COMPLICATE LIFE?

MISSING SOMEONE? Call them…
Put the grudges or the ‘who is right’ to one side, your heart is pining for them which means the bond you have is worth more than the reason you’re estranged.

NOT MISSING SOMEONE? Move on…
If taking a break from this person has brought more peace and happiness into your life, you owe it to yourself to put that person on the outside of your circle long-term.

FEELING LONELY? Invite…
Don’t let the fear of rejection hold you back from good times spent with people you have fun with. Loneliness is a simple thing to correct. Keep inviting, regardless.

FEELING OVERWHELMED? Uninvite…
Likewise, your self-care and your peace of mind is more important than showing up for everyone and everything. Sometimes, ‘I need time to just be’, is the best excuse you can have. If they don’t understand, that is their problem not yours.

FEELING MISUNDERSTOOD? Explain…
Don’t sit at home churning over the injustice or the misunderstandings. Put them right. Explain with honesty and openness.

LIKE SOMETHING? Say it…
Don’t just think it, express the positive thoughts whenever they come into your mind. It’s an extremely beneficial practice for you and so many others around you who will hear it.

DON’T LIKE SOMETHING? Move on..
Remove yourself. No need to spread negativity unless it’s going to be helpful somehow. If you can’t say anything nice. Shush.

WANT SOMETHING? Go for it…
Life is too short for ‘what if’s’. If you don’t try you definitely won’t get. Providing the thing you want will benefit your world you must chase it with all your might.

LOVE SOMEONE? Show it…
With your actions and your words, show it every single moment of every single day if you can. It is the only thing you can never possibly regret in this world – there’s no such thing as too much love.
