FEEL THE FEAR
And do it anyway
Fear is an instinct, it’s there to protect us.
It is not there to stop us living.
It is there to stop us dying…
walking off a cliff, trying to pet a wild bear – that kind of thing…

Once you realise that fear is your friend (it’s looking out for you after all isn’t it?)
Life becomes a lot more easy.
When you feel that sickening fear, twisting and turning in your stomach, spreading ice cold dread through your veins and stopping your breath in its tracks…
THINK
Is it a real fear? Am I in danger? Do I need to run? Do I need to save someone’s life?
If the answer is no, then breathe.
Imagine the fear, tell it ‘thanks for the warning – but I got this’, and then visualise it dissipating and evaporating…
This little exercise will change your life.
Pass It On
