We are all just a little bit ‘mad’.
We are all, sometimes, a little bit bad.
We are all, too often, a little bit sad….
It’s about learning how to balance your madness, your badness and your sadness, with your gladness – and your fabulousness.
It’s about knowing how much madness to let out and when.
It’s about understanding your madness and giving it the respect and the attention it deserves.
It’s about openly discussing your madness, so that it never rises up and engulfs you or takes you by suprprise.
Share your madness with your friends and your loved ones and let them help watch for the pitfalls.
It’s what they are there for.
Help them to understand their own ‘spark of madness’, we all have one.
Never, ever be ashamed of your madness, it was given to you, you did not create it. It is not your doing.
Never, ever allow yourself to carry the burden alone, or worse, to hide it.
Your madness, should be as visible and as much of an issue as the nose on your face. It is part of you.
Love it, respect it, listen to it.
Too many amazing, talented and wonderful souls do not…and they pay the ultimate price.
