Don’t fancy wearing heels? Then throw on the comfies or your feel-good jeans but wear them with attitude ladies….that’s what counts.
Even a fresh pair of PJ’s can be the difference to how you feel on the laziest of days. Dressing up is a state of mind.
Whatever you need to do today just show up and get it done. You got this.
You don’t need to overthink it you just need to do it.
If you’re scared, do it afraid. But just do it.
Visualise yourself coming home and relaxing and imagine how great that feels.
NEVER GIVE UP
Some days are harder than others but never, ever give up. Write your day off if you need to – we all need to say ‘I can’t adult today’ sometimes but make sure the next day is the fresh start you need. It always seems impossible – until it’s done.
