WHEN A MONSTER DIES

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”3881″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center”][vc_single_image image=”3880″ img_size=”LARGE” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]When a monster dies,

do we  breathe a sigh?

Do we feel a great relief?

Do we sing and dance,

and take the chance,

to wallow in his demise?

Or do we weep and suffer more,

for secrets have died too?

The agony is now complete,

the truth is carried through.

When a monster dies do we realise,

it’s us who died that day?

For the final hope has been removed.

There’s nothing left to say.

So let’s forget the monster lived

He’s not worthy of our time.

Let’s think of all the children

which the world has yet to find.

So rot in hell you monster.

We won’t repeat your name.

Instead we’ll join our forces,

to love away the pain.

For good will always conquer.

You monsters are still few.

We hold our children tighter now,

all because of you.
