Today, March 20th, is International Day of Happiness!
This day was officially decreed in 2012 by the UN and the idea behind it was quite simply to encourage the world to view happiness as a goal rather than an occasional side effect!

Simple and yet extremely effective way of spreading joy and cheer – make a point of smiling at everyone you see and watch the smile spread! May feel a little creepy at first but you’ll soon get the hang of it 😉
⭐️CHOOSE
Positivity…change the thoughts in your head to the positive version. Spin your outlook around all day even if it feels like fakery – the positive effects will filter out in your words, action and consequently your day overall. Trust me!
⭐️DO
Something you don’t particularly want or need to, just because it will help someone else or bring a little happiness their way.
LAUGH
⭐️Laugh, right now, just laugh. A fake laugh is impossible to sustain for long without actually starting to laugh for real. Try it! If that fails, read this!
